in 1981 by David L. Slaughter, functions as a full service brokerage firm

neighborhood shopping centers ranging in size from 20,000 square feet to over
700,000 square feet. The D.L. Slaughter
Company handles all aspects of leasing, sales, and landlord/tenant
negotiations.

Walgreens, Wal-Mart Supercenters and Neighborhood Grocery stores, Lowe’s Home
Improvement Centers, Target, Home Depot, Sears, Circuit City, Best Buy and
Stein Mart, as well as every major supermarket chain currently active in
Arizona. Additionally, practically every
pad and out parcel user currently represented in the Phoenix area has interfaced with the D.L.
Slaughter Company at one time or another.
David
Slaughter began his career in commercial real estate in 1973 with Coldwell
Banker, now CB Richard Ellis. He has been involved with over 300 shopping
centers of every conceivable description. Believing that relationships are the
cornerstone of a successful firm, he has been involved with retailers of every
category imaginable. He, and the associates of the D.L. Slaughter Company, are
